Banstead branch
Andrew Bull Managing Director
Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director. His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.
Steven Jones Sales Manager
Steve joined Williams Harlow in 2009 and during this time has progressed to the position of Sales Manager on our Banstead Office. His role involves overseeing and running our successful sales department at the Banstead office alongside conducting valuations for sale and probate purposes.
Ryan Smith Assistant Manager
Ryan joined Williams Harlow in June 2019 after successfully completing his work experience with us over three successive years, 2016, 2017 and 2018. He has progressed to the role of Assistant Manager and responsible for assisting with the successful residential, land and new homes sales department of our Banstead office. His role also involves the oversight of our social media platforms, additionally conducting valuations for sales purposes alongside sales progression, arranging and accompanying viewings, registering buyers and providing feedback to our sellers.
Oliver Forsyth BA (hons) MNAEA Sales Negotiator
Ollie joined Williams Harlow in May of 2023 after graduating at Bristol University. Since joining us he has qualified under the National Association of Estate Agents. He has wide experienced Estate Agent in the Surrey and South London property markets. His duties include arranging and attending viewings, booking valuations, registering buyers and providing feedback and market insight to our vendors.
Russell Barling BSc (hons) MARLA Lettings Manager
Russell has been in the property industry his whole professional career after graduating from university in 2003. He has been practising in residential lettings since 2012 and his role encompasses all areas including rental valuations, advising landlords as well as conducting viewings. His experience covers all types of properties and developments in Surrey and London.
Louisa Darke New Homes Sales
Louisa has worked with many successful new homes sites for Williams
Harlow over the last 10 years. She specialises in the launch, management
and sales of our new homes sites. Louisa has a vast experience of sites
in Surrey and Sussex and lives locally in Banstead. Louisa will be
overseeing the marketing and sales on Phase II of Stanton Lodge Garden
in Tadworth.
Claire Sandling Lettings Assistant
Gold winner of the British Property Awards, Claire started her career with Williams Harlow in January 2015 and has always worked in administration. She assists in a full time capacity in all matters of administration for our lettings department.
Amanda Gowan Property Viewer
Amanda started her career with Williams Harlow in September 2022. Her role is to accompany property viewings usually on an open day basis. She brings her knowledge of the local area as she lives locally in Banstead as well as her own personal Customer experiences involved from moving home understanding both the emotional and practical challenges.
Carol Palmer Weekend Assistant
Carol started her career with Williams Harlow in 2010 and has always worked in a customer facing role. She enjoys living locally in Banstead for over 30 years. She works every weekend to ensure we are open seven days in registering buyers, accompanying and arranging viewings and contacting our buyers when new properties become available.
Anita Satterley Secretary & Administrator
Anita joined Williams Harlow in July 2012 and her role includes secretarial duties, preparation of sales particulars and preparing letters for our clients.
Nicola Boys Accountant
Nicola is a professionally qualified management accountant with over 20 year’s experience. She held in various roles in the Surrey area responsible for all of our account management and invoicing. She lives locally in Banstead.

Sharon Porter Senior Sales Negotiator
Sharon has had a long career in Estate Agency in Surrey and South West London spanning over two decades. She has a wealth of experience and offers structured advice to our clients and her market knowledge extends from substantial detached houses to apartments across a broad area. Sharon lives in Cheam and knows the area intimately. Her role includes, valuations, preparation of brochures in readiness for marketing, sales progression, viewings and negotiation.
Harry Willmott Sales Negotiator
Harry joined Williams Harlow in 2024 after completing his training. He has lived most of his life in the Sutton and Cheam area and knows the area
intimately. He has always had a passion for property and his role includes arranging viewings, providing feedback and offers to our clients.
Linda Goldsmith Sales Negotiator
Linda started her career with Williams Harlow in April 2015 lives in Cheam. Her office duties include arranging viewings, valuations and registering buyers on our mailing system and ensuring their details are up to date.

Has Hoosain Photographer and videographer
Has Hoosain has been working with Williams Harlow since 2022 and his aim is to create high quality interior and exterior photography and videography – exceptionally important this media driven age. He uses the latest technology including drone footage and his media can be used to stunning effect on all property platforms, social media, video channels and creative window displays for the branches and brochures.
Chris Dyki Photographer and videographer
Chris’ inspiration for photography came form road trips in the American West with his parents; epic landscapes full of drama, colour and extraordinary depth. He still makes frequent visits, mountain biking through the dramatic scenery, camera in bag trying to mimic the works of Peter Liking's and Rodney Lough Jnr. Professionally his ‘landscape’ is interiors and he wrestles with every image and scene he shoots, assuming that perfection is always possible.
Iga Derech-Krzycka Marketing Executive
Iga is a marketing executive who has recently joined the Williams Harlow team. She has 5 years of experience in the marketing industry and has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective campaigns across a range of platforms. Since joining in January 2023, Iga has been responsible for executing our digital marketing campaigns, helping connect the right users with the agency.

Monica has been in the financial services industry since 1987. Since 2001, Monica has specialised in mortgages and protection whilst still working closely with her network of trusted business partners who provide her clients with wealth management, legal and tax advice. Declan O’Brien CeMAP, Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Declan has worked in the Asset Finance Industry for over 25 years as a qualified accountant (ACCA) before gaining his CeMAP qualifications and joining MB Associates in December 2019. He held a number of senior finance and management roles within Five Arrows Leasing Group, a former subsidiary of NM Rothschild. He was the Finance Director of one of the group subsidiary companies during his last 12 years with the company. His key tasks involved financial planning and modelling, budgeting, reporting and advising fellow managers and board members. His role at MB Associates entails working with both new and existing clients on their mortgage and protection requirements. His aim is to find the most suitable products and providers in the market for every client’s personal circumstances
Dean Ashton Cert CII (MP), Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Dean has worked as a mortgage adviser for eight years, after graduating with a degree in Economics and Politics. His time in the industry has been divided between a leading London-based estate agency and an award-winning London brokerage. He enjoys finding bespoke solutions for all of his clients, whether it be for a first-time purchase, moving house or a buy-to-let investment. Leslie Morris CeMAP, Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Leslie has worked in Financial Services for over thirty years, having worked for a high street Building Society for 25 years as a Branch Manager then Underwriting Manager, prior to becoming a Financial Consultant nearly 10 years ago. Her previous experience of working with one of the UK’s largest financial institutions means that she understands what lenders look for, which enables her to ensure that the application process runs as smoothly as possible for her clients when she’s advising them on their mortgage. Having been Surrey born and bred, Leslie also has an in-depth understanding of the local property market having worked in the area for many years.
