Meet the team
Andrew Bull Managing Director
Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director. His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.
Russell Barling MARLA, Lettings and Commercial Manager
Gold winner of the British Property Awards, Russell has been in the property industry his whole professional career after graduating from university in 2003. He has been specialising in residential lettings since 2012, and as lettings manager his role encompasses all areas including rental valuations and advising landlords, as well as conducting viewings. He is based at our Banstead branch but also covers our Cheam branch. He is a qualified member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and his experience covers all types of properties and developments in Surrey and London.
Steven Jones Sales Manager
Steve joined Williams Harlow in 2009 and during this time has progressed to the position of Sales Manager on our Banstead Office. His role involves overseeing and running our successful sales department at the Banstead office alongside conducting valuations for sale and probate purposes.
Barry Hinton Sales Manager
Barry lives locally in Banstead and knows the area intimately. In addition is has over twenty five years experience in residential estate agency. He is also our qualified EPC assessor. He manages our successful residential sales department in our Banstead Office
Ryan Smith Sales Negotiator
Ryan joined Williams Harlow in June 2019 after successfully completing his work experience with us over three successive years, 2016, 2017 and 2018. His role entails sales progression, arranging and accompanying viewings, registering buyers and providing feedback to our sellers. He is also responsible for contacting registered buyers to encourage viewings on new properties when they come to the market.
Louisa Darke New Homes Sales
Louisa has worked with many successful new homes sites for Williams Harlow over the last 10 years. She specialises in the launch, management and sales of our new homes sites. Louisa has a vast experience of sites in Surrey and Sussex and lives locally in Banstead. Louisa will be overseeing the marketing and sales on Phase II of Stanton Lodge Garden in Tadworth.
Claire Sandling Lettings Assistant
Gold winner of the British Property Awards, Claire started her career with Williams Harlow in January 2015 and has always worked in administration. She assists in a full time capacity in all matters of administration for our lettings department.

Carol Palmer Weekend Assistant
Carol started her career with Williams Harlow in 2010 and has always worked in a customer facing role. She enjoys living locally in Banstead for over 30 years. She works every weekend to ensure we are open seven days in registering buyers, accompanying and arranging viewings and contacting our buyer when new properties become available.
Anita Satterley Secretary & Administrator
Anita joined Williams Harlow in July 2012 and her role includes secretarial duties, preparation of sales particulars and preparing letters for our clients.
Nicola Boys Bookkeeper
Nicola is a professionally qualified management accountant with over 20 year’s experience. She held in various roles in the Surrey area responsible for all of our account management and invoicing. She lives locally in Banstead.
Darryl Rixon Professional Photographer
Darryl captures all of the images used for our clients property details. He is extremely passionate about creating a set of high quality photographs to help achieve the best price and maximum interest for a given property. He expertly guides our clients in preparation of their property to create the ideal image set. Darryl says “Photography is an art. It's a combination of preparation, skilled composition, lighting and post-processing that will create an image which truly stands out."
Jason Kates MNAEA Branch Manager
Jason joined the Estate Agent profession in 1989 and has held senior managerial posts in both Surrey and South West London. He brings a wealth of expertise to all of our clients and heads up our successful team at the Cheam Office. His role includes valuations, listing new properties to the market alongside overseeing the running of the branch. Jason has lived locally for over 30 years.
Sarah Edge Senior Negotiator
Sarah has joined the Williams Harlow Cheam office as a Senior Negotiator. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and market as she has lived in the area for most of her life. Sarah brings a wealth of customer care experience working closely with clients. She previously owned her own successful business in Wimbledon Village for sixteen years working jointly with local residents. She is extremely customer focused which allows her to achieve the best possible results. Her role includes sales progression, arranging and accompanying viewings, registering buyers and providing feedback to our sellers.
Sandra Ciarleglio Sales Negotiator
Sandra started his career with Williams Harlow Estate Agents around a decade ago and has recently rejoined the team. She has always held held positions in property sales roles. Her office duties include arranging viewings, valuations and registering buyers on our mailing system and ensuring their details are fully up to date.
Monica Bradley CeMap, Managing Director, Monica Bradley Associates
Monica has been in the financial services industry since 1987. Prior to forming Monica Bradley Associates she worked with major brands, including Countrywide and Legal & General, advising clients on mortgages, protection, savings & investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning, and wills and trusts. Since 2001, Monica has specialised in mortgages and protection whilst still working closely with her network of trusted business partners who provide her clients with wealth management, legal and tax advice. Monica focuses her time on finding exceptional solutions for high net worth individuals or those with complex income structures, such as consultants, contractors, company directors and those who are self-employed, as well as clients seeking a mortgage to move house or to remortgage their existing property.
Leslie Morris CeMAP, Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Leslie has worked in Financial Services for over thirty years, having worked for a high street Building Society for 25 years as a Branch Manager then Underwriting Manager, prior to becoming a Financial Consultant nearly 10 years ago. Her previous experience of working with one of the UK’s largest financial institutions means that she understands what lenders look for, which enables her to ensure that the application process runs as smoothly as possible for her clients when she’s advising them on their mortgage. Having been Surrey born and bred, Leslie also has an in-depth understanding of the local property market having worked in the area for many years.
Phil Leivesley CeMAP, Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Phil has worked in the financial services industry for 10 years, gaining his CeMAP qualifications in 2007. Prior to joining Monica Bradley Associates in January 2015, he worked as a mortgage and protection adviser with Mortgage Advice Bureau for 8 years, and also spent some time in Shanghai assisting high net worth expatriates with their financial planning. Phil’s experience covers residential mortgages – either for purchase or remortgage – Buy To Let mortgages for those making their first investment or experienced portfolio landlords, and clients who require assistance with protection for their family, property and business.
Shaun De Moura CeMAP, Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Shaun has been helping families move locally for over 7 years and understands the often stressful demands of buying a property, whether it’s as a home mover or investor. As a mortgage adviser, he understand the importance of communicating with other professionals, such as estate agency partners, solicitors and surveyors to ensure everyone is working together to achieve a common goal, which is to make sure that every case is handled as smoothly and as quickly as possible to attain a successful outcome. Shaun specialises in complex cases, such as high net worth and multiple income streams, both for residential purchase borrowing and remortgages, and also Buy To Let investors.
