Meet the team

Andrew began his estate agency career in Surrey in 1990 and joined Williams Harlow in 2000. As Managing Director, he brings extensive local market knowledge and experience across a wide range of properties. His work includes sales, rental and probate valuations, helping clients make informed decisions about their property.

Steven joined Williams Harlow in 2009 and now manages the sales department at our Banstead branch. Alongside overseeing the team and day-to-day sales activity, he carries out sales and probate valuations. His knowledge of the local market helps clients understand their property’s position and plan their next move.

Ryan joined Williams Harlow in 2019, following three successive years of work experience with the company. He supports the residential, land and new homes sales departments at our Banstead branch. His responsibilities include valuations, viewings, buyer registration and sales progression, keeping clients informed throughout their move. Ryan also oversees our social media activity, helping showcase properties to a wider audience.

Oliver joined Williams Harlow in 2023 after graduating from the University of the West of England. Having worked across our Banstead and Cheam branches, he brings knowledge of both local markets and holds an industry qualification through the National Association of Estate Agents. His role includes valuations, viewings and keeping sellers informed.

Amanda joined Williams Harlow in 2022 and brings first-hand knowledge of Banstead, Cheam and Sutton. Having grown up locally and moved home herself, she understands the practical considerations facing buyers and sellers. She provides attentive guidance throughout the process, helping clients find the right property and approach their move with confidence.

Russell has worked in property since graduating in 2003 and has specialised in residential lettings since 2012. His experience covers properties across Surrey and London. As Lettings Manager, he carries out rental valuations, advises landlords and supports tenants, providing practical guidance throughout the letting process.

Claire joined Williams Harlow in 2015, bringing a background in administration to our lettings team. She supports all aspects of the department’s day-to-day administration, helping keep documentation, correspondence and arrangements organised. Louisa specialises in launching, managing and selling new homes developments, supporting the process from initial offer through to handover. She has worked on numerous Williams Harlow developments across Surrey and Sussex. Based locally in Banstead, she brings experience of helping buyers navigate the purchase of a newly built home.

Carol joined Williams Harlow in 2010 and has lived in Banstead for more than 30 years. With a background in customer service, she supports our weekend team by registering buyers, arranging and accompanying viewings, and introducing newly available properties. Her local knowledge and approachable manner help buyers find the right home while keeping sellers informed.

Anita joined Williams Harlow in 2012 and provides secretarial and administrative support to the team. Her responsibilities include preparing property particulars and client correspondence. She helps ensure property information is clearly presented and the office’s day-to-day administration runs smoothly.

Nicola is a qualified management accountant with more than 20 years’ experience. She oversees Williams Harlow’s account management and invoicing, drawing on a background in finance roles across Surrey. Based locally in Banstead, she provides the financial organisation that supports the business.

Adrian brings more than two decades of experience in the Cheam and surrounding property markets. He leads our Cheam branch, supporting the team’s development alongside negotiations and sales progression. His detailed local knowledge enables him to offer clear, experienced guidance to buyers and sellers throughout their move.

Sharon has more than two decades of estate agency experience across Surrey and South West London. A Cheam resident, she combines detailed local knowledge with experience of marketing properties from apartments to substantial family homes. Her responsibilities include valuations, property brochures, viewings, negotiations and sales progression.

Lilly joined Williams Harlow in 2026, bringing customer service experience and a strong interest in property. Living locally gives her useful insight into the area. She accompanies viewings, negotiates offers and supports sales progression, keeping clients informed and helping them navigate the practical and personal challenges of moving home.

Harry joined Williams Harlow in 2024 and is currently working towards his qualification through the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Having lived in Sutton and Cheam for most of his life, he brings valuable local knowledge to his role. He arranges viewings, communicates offers and provides feedback, helping buyers and sellers stay informed throughout their move.

Has has worked with Williams Harlow since 2022, producing interior and exterior photography and video. His work includes drone footage and content for property portals, social media, brochures and branch displays. He focuses on presenting each property clearly and attractively, helping prospective buyers appreciate its setting, space and individual features.

Chris’s interest in photography began during family trips through the American West. He brings that appreciation of light, colour and composition to his property photography, with a particular focus on interiors. His careful approach to each image helps communicate the character and detail of the homes he photographs.

Iga joined Williams Harlow in 2023, bringing experience in developing marketing campaigns across a range of platforms. She manages digital marketing activity that connects the agency and its properties with relevant audiences. Her work supports the presentation and promotion of Williams Harlow across its online channels.

Monica has worked in financial services since 1987 and has specialised in mortgages and protection since 2001. Her experience includes helping clients with complex income arrangements, including company directors, contractors and the self-employed. She advises home movers and clients looking to remortgage, with a focus on understanding their individual circumstances.

Declan joined Monica Bradley Associates in 2019 after a career in asset finance and senior financial management. A qualified accountant, he brings extensive financial experience to his work with mortgage and protection clients. He helps new and existing clients explore options suited to their circumstances and requirements.

Leslie brings extensive financial services experience, including branch management and mortgage underwriting with a high street building society. Her understanding of lenders’ requirements helps her guide clients through their mortgage applications. Having grown up and worked in Surrey, she also brings valuable knowledge of the local property market.

Shaun advises home movers, clients looking to remortgage and buy-to-let investors, including those with complex or multiple income sources. He works closely with clients and other professionals involved in the transaction, keeping communication clear and helping mortgage applications progress towards completion.
