Amy joined our team in May 2022 and is Assistant lettings manager at our Banstead branch. She has over 10 years’ experience working in lettings locally in Purley, Sutton and Wallington and also has lived in Banstead with her partner and two children for many years. Louisa has worked with many successful new homes sites for Williams
Harlow over the last 10 years. She specialises in the launch, management
and sales of our new homes sites. Louisa has a vast experience of sites
in Surrey and Sussex and lives locally in Banstead. Louisa will be
overseeing the marketing and sales on Phase II of Stanton Lodge Garden
Nicola is a professionally qualified management accountant with over 20 year’s experience. She held in various roles in the Surrey area responsible for all of our account management and invoicing. She lives locally in Banstead.
With us since 2016 Darryl captures all of the images used for our clients property details. He is extremely passionate about creating a set of high quality photographs to help achieve the best price and maximum interest for a given property. He expertly guides our clients in preparation of their property to create the ideal image set. Darryl says “Photography is an art. It’s a combination of preparation, skilled composition, lighting and post-processing that will create an image which truly stands out.”
Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director. His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.
Steve joined Williams Harlow in 2009 and during this time has progressed to the position of Sales Manager on our Banstead Office. His role involves overseeing and running our successful sales department at the Banstead office alongside conducting valuations for sale and probate purposes.
With over twenty five years experience in residential estate agency Barry lives locally in Banstead and knows the area intimately. In addition he is also our qualified EPC assessor. He manages our successful residential sales department in our Banstead Office.
Ryan joined Williams Harlow in June 2019 after successfully completing his work experience with us over three successive years, 2016, 2017 and 2018. He has been promoted to the role of Senior Negotiator in November of 2021. His role entails sales progression, arranging and accompanying viewings, registering buyers and providing feedback to our sellers. He is also responsible for contacting registered buyers to encourage viewings on new properties when they come to the market.
Carol started her career with Williams Harlow in 2010 and has always worked in a customer facing role. She enjoys living locally in Banstead for over 30 years. She works every weekend to ensure we are open seven days in registering buyers, accompanying and arranging viewings and contacting our buyers when new properties become available.
Gold winner of the British Property Awards, Claire started her career with Williams Harlow in January 2015 and has always worked in administration. She assists in a full time capacity in all matters of administration for our lettings department.
