Ollie  joined Williams Harlow in May of 2023 after graduating at Bristol University. Since joining us he has qualified under the National Association of Estate Agents. He has wide experienced Estate Agent in the Surrey and South  London property markets. His duties include arranging and attending viewings, booking valuations, registering buyers and providing feedback and market insight to our vendors.

Amanda started her career with Williams Harlow in September 2022. Her role is to accompany property viewings usually on an open day basis. She brings her knowledge of the local area as she lives locally in Banstead as well as her own personal Customer experiences involved from moving home understanding both the emotional and practical challenges.

Russell has been in the property industry his whole professional career after graduating from university in 2003. He has been practising in residential lettings since 2012 and his role encompasses all areas including rental valuations, advising landlords as well as conducting viewings. His experience covers all types of properties and developments in Surrey and London.

Louisa has worked with many successful new homes sites for Williams
Harlow over the last 10 years. She specialises in the launch, management
and sales of our new homes sites. Louisa has a vast experience of sites
in Surrey and Sussex and lives locally in Banstead. Louisa will be
overseeing the marketing and sales on Phase II of Stanton Lodge Garden
in Tadworth.

Nicola is a professionally qualified management accountant with over 20 year’s experience. She held in various roles in the Surrey area responsible for all of our account management and invoicing. She lives locally in Banstead.

Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director. His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.

Steve joined Williams Harlow in 2009 and during this time has progressed to the position of Sales Manager on our Banstead Office. His role involves overseeing and running our successful sales department at the Banstead office alongside conducting valuations for sale and probate purposes.

Ryan joined Williams Harlow in June 2019 after successfully completing his work experience with us over three successive years, 2016, 2017 and 2018. He has progressed to the role of Assistant Manager and responsible for assisting with the successful residential, land and new homes sales department of our Banstead office. His role also involves the oversight of our social media platforms, additionally conducting valuations for sales purposes alongside sales progression, arranging and accompanying viewings, registering buyers and providing feedback to our sellers.

Carol started her career with Williams Harlow in 2010 and has always worked in a customer facing role. She enjoys living locally in Banstead for over 30 years. She works every weekend to ensure we are open seven days in registering buyers, accompanying and arranging viewings and contacting our buyers when new properties become available.

Gold winner of the British Property Awards, Claire started her career with Williams Harlow in January 2015 and has always worked in administration. She assists in a full time capacity in all matters of administration for our lettings department.
