Our working practice
All of our staff are working from home so we are still at your service SEVEN days a week. One staff member is located at each closed branch who routes calls through to their colleagues. We are all available on our direct dial numbers which route to our mobiles. A list of all staff members are available on our website
Protecting staff and clients
During this period our staff will not be conducting viewings under government instructions. Over the coming weeks we will be looking at the viability of video tours for the assistance of our buyers and tenants. Our primary function is to oversee and progress current sales in hand alongside the ongoing management of our letting portfolio.
Customer service disruptions
There will be no further disruptions to normal service during this time other than the ones set out above.
